Shipping Policy for Our Store:
At our store, we want to make sure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure this, we have established the following shipping policy:
Order Processing Time:
Product orders will be processed within 3 business days after the order is placed. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Subscription box orders will be processed within 3 business days of the upcoming subscription box shipping date according to the schedule TBD.
Shipping Methods:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. We only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days. Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order and get an estimated delivery date.
Delivery Issues:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at support@greendragonboutique.com for assistance. In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
