Refund and Return Policy for Our Store
At Green Dragon Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, less shipping costs.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. Subscription boxes are non-refundable once shipped.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Please include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy requirements. We will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item to you within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item(s) you would like to receive.
Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
